At Marshalltown, we stand behind the quality of our home improvement tools and accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or use our guest order tracker to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all parts and manuals are included, and securely seal the box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
